The purpose of education to prepare a person for some worthy activity. Aristotle believed that an educated person is fulfilled person, and education is essential. Studying diverse subjects, practicing in different art and technical activities, physical training are all vital in forming body, mind and spirit. Everyday life activity and work should make good for human development and prosperity.
People were practicing medicine before they have started to read and write, so it is one of the oldest human activities. The development of modern medicine is the result of contribution was done by every civilizations and nations over the centuries. In the recent days health care industry become accumulation of sectors within economic system.
The purpose of health professions education as it was in the Hippocratic School of Medicine as it is in new days medical schools basically remains the same: profound understanding of the science, the art, and the ethic within which acquired knowledge and skills are applied. As the ancient so recent qualified doctors swear to practice medicine ethically and honestly by the Hippocratic Oath.
Any health profession uses wild range of theoretical and practical knowledge. To obtain the health professional education schools offer to students’ different learning environment.
Classroom environment is one of the oldest and widely recognized across nearly all academic education institutions. Classroom environment encompasses a broad range of educational concepts, including the physical setting, the psychological environment created through social contexts, and numerous instructional components related to teacher characteristics and behaviors.

Online learning, sometimes referred to as e-learning, is a form of distance education. Online courses are delivered over the Internet and can be accessed from a computer with a Web browser (ex. Internet Explorer).

• Synchronous – students are online at a specified time
