Formal summary assignment in MLA format

Write a concise, accurate summary of200-250 words,of Tim Bowling’s essay.

• Your summary should be a paragraph – or two at the most – in your own words.

• See attached below a useful checklist.

• No examples, opinions, or ideas (your responses to the ideas of the author) should be in your summary. Remember that a summary is a condensation of the original essay.

• Format your document according to the format. Refer SSW page 365 for a sample submission formatted acc. to MLA.

• Be sure to proofead your summary for writing errors that might have crept in.
