Clearly, motivation is crucial in the field of exercise science and personal training. Although most of us know how beneficial daily exercise is to our overall health, it tends to be difficult to maintain a consistent workout regimen. Having a solid feedback system is crucial to keeping clients on track by providing and sustaining motivation. As your textbook notes, having a good feedback system is “the single most important thing a manager can do to contribute to good motivation”. Describe a feedback system you will adopt with future clients or employees. How will you ensure your feedback system is effective?
