Develop an Entry-Level Hiring Program
After examining the materials contained in the reading for this unit, develop a program to be used for recruiting new personnel to your organization. You will develop a program for recruitment through various media outlets and other information sources and then examine available processes for the selection of the highest quality resources that will expand the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
For this assignment, create a 4–6 page document containing a written plan of development for effective recruitment and an action plan for the procedures of initial testing programs for new firefighter/paramedics up to the point of hiring. Also in your plan, include the three media sources you will use for recruitment, and a page of requirements for personnel including job descriptions.
NOTE: This assignment will require outside research. Use at least two credible sources beyond the text material. You may consult the Library, the internet, the textbook, other course material, and any other outside resources in supporting your task, using proper citations in APA style. Discuss how you evaluated the credibility of the resources used.
