Then, discuss what you might need to do next with the client in order to get him enrolled in a medical insurance plan during the next open-enrollment period – discuss specifics of what you will need to do to get him prepared (hint: you will need to do some additional research related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act [PPACA]).
When considering PPACA applications, discuss the qualifications to be eligible, the time it takes to apply, and how long it will take before the client will receive benefits from the program, if at all or feasible.
